I sugar several trees in Indianapolis and will setting up another sugaring site on the Crooked Creek Elementary campus in Indy. My father lives in Hartsburg, Missouri, outside of Jefferson City, it's capitol, and has sugared trees there. In fact, the UMC campus in Columbia has several sugaring maples.
